At Aussie Shepherd Heaven, we are committed to the health and well-being of our puppies and to ensuring that they bring joy and companionship to your home for years to come. To demonstrate our dedication to the highest standards of care, we offer the following health guarantee:

1. Initial Health Examination: All our Australian Shepherd puppies undergo a thorough veterinary examination by a licensed veterinarian before they are adopted into their new homes. This examination includes a check-up of the puppy’s overall health, vaccination status, and any necessary treatments.

2. Up-to-Date Vaccinations and Deworming: Our Australian Shepherd puppies receive appropriate vaccinations and deworming treatments according to their age and individual health needs. We provide you with a record of vaccinations and deworming treatments administered to your puppy, ensuring that they start their life with you in optimal health.

3. Health Guarantee Period: We offer a health guarantee for a period of 1 year from the date of adoption. During this time, if your Australian Shepherd puppy is found to have a serious genetic or hereditary health issue that significantly impacts their quality of life, we will offer you the option of a replacement puppy or a refund of the purchase price, provided that:

   • You provide us with written documentation from a licensed veterinarian detailing the health issue.
   • The health issue is not the result of negligence, injury, or mistreatment on the part of the adoptive family.
   • The health issue is determined to be genetic or hereditary in nature and not acquired after adoption.

4. Lifetime Breeder Support: We believe in building lasting relationships with our adoptive families. Even after the health guarantee period has expired, we are here to offer guidance, support, and advice to ensure the continued health and well-being of your Australian Shepherd.

5. Exclusions: Please note that this health guarantee does not cover minor health issues such as common respiratory infections, parasites, or conditions that can be reasonably managed or treated with veterinary care. Additionally, this guarantee does not cover expenses related to routine veterinary care, grooming, training, or any other expenses unrelated to the specific health issue covered by the guarantee.

By adopting a puppy from Aussie Shepherd Heaven, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this health guarantee. We are dedicated to providing you with a healthy, happy  Australian Shepherd puppy and are committed to being a trusted partner in your journey as a pet owner.
